MobileBI, LLC is a provider of software products (MobileBI) for the Business Intelligence market space. MobileBI was developed over the past ten years by ASG Software Services,

Joe Avallone Founder of ASG Software Services, Inc., graduated with a Computer Science degree from Lynn University and is
a candidate for an MBA degree with a concentration in Computer Science from the
University of New Haven. Joe is certified in SUN Java, Microsoft Visual Basic and
Microsoft ASP.NET. He has been developing software for 21 years and has been involved
in very large implementations such as the US House of Reps, Pitney Bowes, Microsoft
and Blue Cross / Blue Shield.
Joe Grispo is the founder and managing partner of Strategic Consulting
Services (SCS). Joe has more than twenty-five years of experience in various technology
industry sectors, including software, and communications. Joe has held positions
in general management, client services, marketing, strategy and business development.
Joe’s most recent consulting engagements have been with software and service companies.
He is typically retained to assist the CEO in evaluating and improving the operational
effectiveness of the company.
Joe was Senior Vice President of Operations for Medidata Solutions, Inc. a provider
of clinical trial software and services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
In this role Joe was responsible for building and managing an organization, which
was responsible for providing services, support and training to Medidata’s customers
in North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to his role at Medidata Joe was Senior Vice President, Global Services for
Global Logistics, Inc (G-Log), a leading provider of logistics planning and execution
software solutions. Joe built and led a global services organization, which successfully
implemented G-Log’s transportation products for fortune 500 companies on a worldwide
basis.
Previously, Joe held several positions at Oracle Corporation including: Vice President,
Business Development for Oracle’s Applications Dealer Network (OADN); General Manager,
Business Systems and; Senior Vice President, Client Services.
Prior to Oracle Joe spent 5 years with Ameritech, the $12 billion Midwest Bell Operating
Company, headquartered in Chicago Ill. Joe held two senior management positions
here first as the Director of IT Corporate Strategy and later as Vice President,
Marketing and Customer Services for Ameritech Applied Technologies.
Joe also held senior management positions at Ross Systems, Dun & Bradstreet
Systems and Ericsson Information Systems. Joe began his career working for IBM.
Ray Tomasco brings sixteen of years experience to ASG, leading the professional
services and software organizations and playing a lead role in some of the company's
most important sales and consulting engagements. Prior to ASG Ray was the Founder
and President of three businesses built over eight years, Boehmer, Tomasco &
Alexander (executive search firm), Huntington Group (outsourced staffing company)
and ITC (interim staffing company) all serving the Software and IT services industries.
These companies were sold to Hall-Kinion Inc (nasdaq-haki) where he led their expansion
as Vice President of International Operations. He successfully managed operations
in Europe, Japan, China as well as the US offices in Connecticut, Texas, Oregon,

Paul Speranza holds certifications in Sun JAVA, Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft
